Annual Maintenance / Technical Support |

I understand that emergency technical support is available via 800 Pager or Cell Service. Emergency support should only be used for PrintPoint system failures, not for questions, installation support or tutorials. |

I understand that certain program features/functions are available only for certain territories. Example: exporting to accounting packages may be limited to the United States and Australia/New Zealand. I have discussed this functionality with my PrintPoint Representative. |

One major upgrade provided on CD. These upgrades are released once a year or once every other year dependent on Apple and Microsoft OS changes, normal development cycles and the number of new or enhanced features. |

Bug fixes and any additional updates are announced via email and provided for download from our website or ftp site. |

If you require an update on disk there will be a $25 charge plus shipping for these updates. You must request this option for each announced update. |

I understand that I will receive an annual maintenance/tech support agreement invoice after the first year of ownership equal to 15% of the price I paid for all PrintPoint software I own at the time of invoicing plus cost of living increases. I understand my first year of maintenance/tech support is free. I also understand that if I do not pay my maintenance fee at any time, there will be a 50% additional charge on my maintenance contract along with the amount due for the exisiting contract. (If custom programming is involved in my installation I understand that a 20-25% fee may apply.) |

Training / Installation / Scripting Services |

There will be a $150.00 hourly charge to support Scripting. Scripting (simple user-based custom programming) is used in the following areas: SuperReports, Quick Reports, Labels, Quote Letters, Author's Alterations Letter, and Confirmation Letters. |
